Timeline, complete

With the story complete, the diagram is now whole. This gives a concise explanation as to what SHODAN's master plan was to be, the whole time.
While remaking space into her own image, SHODAN noticed that the Lutece Twins had been monitoring her time period a couple of times. Noticing the Tear they opened into her universe (blue line), she quickly learned how to use the FTL drive to open it from her side (green line), and because of that, once Goggles shut down the simulation of Citadel, the space around the ship went from being a cyberspace mock-up to a full-on wormhole between time periods (red line). In this case, it formed an endless loop, with its origin at the Von Braun and its exit at the Lutece Device. Naturally, those in the marked timelines took notice, and the urgency of the situation brought them all together, formulating a plan to eliminate this wormhole at its source.
I apologize for the crudity of this diagram, but it's the best I could come up with without restorting to extreme effects. Besides, I think of it best like a drawing the characters would've made on a piece of paper.
And as for the description, well, Ross Scott himself pointed out that anything's possible in a story that blows all logic to pieces.
