The Stain catches Spider-Man

Because I like how the symbiote worked with Peter Parker, I decided to give my own little concept, where the Stain, a symbiote in his own right, tries to take over Spider-Man in a school. (Is he still a teenager? I don't know) His buddy, Eugene 'Flash' Thompson concernedly watches from the corner while this happens.
