D'ni musem exhibit #5: Ages and the Art of Writing

Similar to Gehn's Gateroom on Riven, this exhibit centers on the three elements that comprise Linking Books. Models of a tree, pen, and a beetle lead towards a sealed display of a smaller pen, an inquell, a bundle of paper, and the Kor'nea (Blank Book) in the very center, like Gehn's desk on Age 233. Between the models are props of a Linking Book and a Descriptive Book, with imagers that show how they work and what they do.
I found myself uncertain as to what a human would think if they saw this, and whether or not someone would go power-hungry with this kind of power. But with neither the special ingredient to activate, nor knowledge of the Gahrohev'tee that makes the Ages manifest, it's probably safe to assume that wouldn't happen.
